Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel Topped with Welshman's Caviar

Start the day with a little bit of style with this little twist on a classic.

Method

  1. Cut bagel in half and place in toaster
  2. Butter both sides and spread the cream cheese on thickly
  3. Top with slices of smoked salmon and squeeze lemon juice on top
  4. Season with Welshman's Caviar, salt and pepper
