Think this is the best dip there is! It's sublime and so easy to make. Works best with fresh crab but still very good with tinned alternative. So let’s get making and enjoy the finest dip in all of the 7 seas!

450g of crab meat (fresh or tinned)
Preheat oven to 180 oC
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until combined
Place mix into a small casserole dish and maybe add another sprinkle of cheese, sometimes a little smoked cheese works well here. Finish with a dusting of Captain Cat’s seasoning
Bake for around 25 minutes or until heated through and golden on top
Serve hot with crackers, or bread, or crisps, Enjoy!
