Captain Cat's Chicken Kebabs

Captain Cat's Mor Seasoning works really really well with chicken, perhaps it is the orange and lemon zest flavours or the laver and dulse seaweed working there magic? Either way this is a great way to celebrate this marriage of flavours.

Method

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and rub in the Captain Cat's Mor Seasoning
  2. Cut up the vegetables into chunky bite size pieces
  3. Thread on the chicken and vegetables onto your skewers
  4. Then BBQ away or cook in a frying pan for around 15 minutes turning the kebabs regularly until the chicken is cooked through
  5. Serve on a piece of driftwood with homemade lemonade next to a Hawaiian Lei

  • 2 Chicken breasts (skinless)
  • Courgette (3 inch length)
  • 1 Red onion
  • 4 Cherry tomoatoes
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 tsp of Captain Cat's Mor Seasoning
