Hot Crab Dip with Welshman's Caviar

An indulgent and creamy crab dip, best served with our Ships Biscuits.

Method

  1. Mix Together the Sour Cream, Lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Dry Mustard, Cream Cheese and Welshman's Cavair
  2. Fold the Cheddar Cheese and Crab Meat to mix
  3. Bake at 170C for 25 mins
  4. Serve with our ships biscuits or a crispy cracker
  5. Spoon the mixture into a oven proof dish

Ingredients

  • 900g of Sour Cream
  • 300g of Crab Meat
  • 125g Strong Cheddar Cheese
  • 1tsp of Welshman's Caviar
  • 2tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4tsp Dry Mustard - depending on taste
  • 226g Cream Cheese
